An exciting full day trip revealing the secrets and splendor of Bulgarian rose oil production and the ancient Thracian tomb of Kazanlak (a UNESCO world heritage site). Begins with arrival in the town of Kazanlak with a tour through the rose fields, where you’ll have an excellent opportunity for some great photos. Then we continue east to the Ethnographic Complex Damascena, located in the hearth of the Valley of Roses, where you will learn why Bulgaria is famous for rose oil production, followed by some free time for lunch. The next stop is a visit to the famous Thracian tomb dating back from 4th century BC – an UNESCO World Heritage sight. Taking on a route between the Balkan and Sredna Gora Mountain, heading to Koprvishtitsa – small town showcasing the Bulgarian Renaissance architecture in a perfect picture sceneries.
