An exciting full-day trip revealing the secrets and splendor of Bulgarian rose oil production. Begins with arrival in the town of Kazanlak with a tour through the rose fields, where you’ll have an excellent opportunity for some great photos. Then we continue east to the Ethnographic Complex Damascena, located in the heart of the Valley of Roses, where you will learn why Bulgaria is famous for rose oil production, followed by some free time for lunch. Taking on a route between the Balkan and Sredna Gora Mountain, heading to Koprivshtitsa – a small town showcasing the Bulgarian Renaissance architecture in a perfect picture sceneries.

09:30: Arrival in the town of Kazanlak. A tour through the rose fields, where you’ll have an excellent opportunity for some great photos.
11:00: Arrival at the Ethnographic Complex “Damascena”, where you will learn more about the production and use of the rose oil.
13:00: Some free time for lunch. The guide will be with the group the entire time.
14:30: A guided visit to the beautiful Russian style church of the Nativity, and if time allows, to the Shipka peak for great panoramic views.
16:00: Taking on a route between the Balkan and Sredna Gora Mountain heading to Koprivshtitsa – a small town showcasing the Bulgarian Renaissance architecture in a perfect picture sceneries.
17:00: Arrival at Koprivshtitsa and a short tour of the town.
19:30: Approximate time of arrival at Vasil Levski Monument (Embassy of Slovakia) meeting point
