Bansko is the best and the most modern ski centre of all Bulgarian resorts and Eastern Europe in general. Located at the foots of Pirin Mountains National Park nowadays Bansko prides itself with: more than 70km of marked ski runs and cross country tracks (longest run is 3,5km) designed to suite skiers and snowboarders of every level: from beginners and intermediates to advanced and off-piste; altitude of the ski runs between 1100 and 2560m with main exposure being North; 6 chair lifts, 1 gondola (8-seat), 7 drags and 10 baby drags; the best snow record and the longest ski season of all Bulgarian resorts; great variety of accommodations – from guesthouses and cozy family pensions to 5-star hotels; more than 100 taverns (called “Mehana”) with live folklore music and exceptionally colorful nightlife.

Just 250m from the gondola lift station, Hotel Strazhite offers warm hospitality and high comfort for the most passionate skiers. The hotel features 152 double rooms, 16 luxuriously furnished maisonettes and 7 suits. All rooms are equipped with TV, AC, minibar, bathroom & toilet, terrace and telephone. Non-skiers will have plenty of opportunities for entertainment, choosing among bowling, fitness, solarium, indoor swimming pool, disco etc.

Hotel Pirin is located in the very centre of Bansko, among charming old houses and cobbled streets. The lift station is just 10-15min walk. The hotel has 56 double rooms, 4 single rooms, 1 studio and 7 suits. All rooms are equipped with cable TV, AC, radio, minibar, bathtub, hairdryer, telephone, WC and a terrace. Indoor entertaining facilities include swimming pool, tennis, billiard, game room, solarium, fitness etc.

The prime location of Hotel Bansko on the main street (just 10min walk from the gondola lift station) is an advantage not only for skiers but also if you are going on a short stroll in the centre of the resort itself. The hotel has 39 double rooms, 9 studios, 2 single rooms and 2 suits. All rooms are equipped with cable TV, AC, bathroom with bathtub, minibar, safe, iron, telephone, toilet and terrace. Inside the hotel you will find also swimming pool, billiard, children’s room, fitness etc.

Hotel Lion is on the newest 4-star additions to the accommodations portfolio of Bansko. The hotel has190 rooms in different room categories: single, double, studios and luxurious apartments, offering comfort and privacy. Each room has bathroom with a bath-tub and hairdryer, satellite TV, mini bar and direct telephone. The normal double rooms have also extensible beds – smaller in rooms with balcony and bigger in rooms without balcony. The hotel also features a 150-seats restaurant, traditional Bulgarian tavern (“mehana”) and a night bar. The SPA centre offers fitness, steam bath, Jacuzzi, a variety of massages, large swimming pool, sauna and aromatherapy.

Hotel Mura is one of the brand new hotels in Bansko offering great comfort at very attractive prices. Shuttle buses make sure you get on time to the gondola lift or make your return walk unnecessary when you pick them up on the way back. The hotel is also very close to the best taverns in the city centre and the most vibrant spots of the local nightlife. Hotel Mura has 95 rooms, 3 studios and 2 suits. All rooms are equipped with cable TV, refrigerator, telephone, bathroom and toilet and a terrace. Relax after skiing is ensured by steam bath, sauna and Jacuzzi.

- Snowboard services are provided only to clients aged 12 and over.
- Ski school provided to children aged 7 and over
- Snowboard school starts to expire from the first day of ski pass validity if booked in a package
- 13 days packs are inclusive of 12 days ski and snowboard tuition
- Lift passes only are provided in combination with transfer or hotel booked through Traventuria
